What are your payment options?

Our payment options include bank deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank), Paypal, and Cash-On-Delivery or Cash-On-Pickup (via LBC Stores Nationwide)

What is your return policy?

Return: You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you have any questions on how to return your item to us, contact us.

What are the name of your couriers?

Blitz Delivery (Regular shipment for Metro Manila orders) and LBC (provincial, expedited and COD orders)

How long does it take for my order to get shipped?

Our main shipping partner is BLITZ DELIVERY for Metro Manila and LBC for Provincial Shipments. All stocks are WAREHOUSED in BULACAN (expect a longer dispatching time). Please note that we aim to dispatch all accepted orders and have them shipped within the following timeframes: ORDER VERIFICATION AND PREPARATION
48-72 hours / 2-3 working days; and,
48-125 hours / 2-5 working days depending upon Payment Verification. DELIVERY TIME FRAMES (Upon Drop-Off)

**It should also be noted that you will be notified via email a Waybill Number to track your orders. This e-mail notice will be sent once your waybill tracking information has been prepared. **Please take note that there will be NO shipping on Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays and Rainy Days. **if you want expedited, please select “EXPEDITED SHIPMENT” upon check-out (expedited fees apply)

How long is the verification period once payment are made?

48-72 hours / 2-3 working days; and,
48-125 hours / 2-5 working days depending upon Payment Verification.
You will receive an acknowledgment e-mail once your payment has been verified.

Is Cash on Delivery available?

Yes, COD is available. However, note that once you choose COD, our partner courier will only ship it once. Should you choose COD, make sure that someone is available to pick-up and pay for your order. To proceed with COD, please select COD as shipment option and offline payment on checkout. Please allow our team 48-72 Hours to verify your order.

How much is your shipping fee?

The shipping fee will vary depending on the items you add in your cart and your location. To know the estimated shipping fee before checkout, go to the cart page and see the options provided regarding the shipping fee applicable to you.

How do I order?

1. Click on the items you want to Purchase. (Your items go to a virtual cart until you are ready to buy them.)

2. When done shopping, click on the cart to check-out.

3. You can make final revisions on your check-out page

4. Fill-out necessary information like full name, complete shipping address and contact number.

5. Choose your shipping preference (Manila, Provincial, Expedited, or COD)

6. Choose your payment preference (Paypal or Offline for bank deposit and COD's)

7. Bank Info will be given on check-out.

What should I do after depositing my payment?
